Return Policy

Pre-authorization by Papagino Foods Management is required before returns are accepted.

Returns must be declared within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Returns made after 5 days are subject to a restocking fee.

Terms

Net 5 Days.

Shipments are C.O.D. until credit is established.

Credit is granted only upon approval of credit application.

First orders are always C.O.D.

Claim Policy

Customer shall inspect goods upon delivery.

Claims for damages or short shipments mMust be made at time of delivery.

Claims must be noted on the invoice or the bill of landing

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
