GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Rapido 100 is a strong patent flour produced from the top milling grades of hard red spring wheat and is enriched to meet the requirements of the Food and Drug regulations.
FEATURES & BENEFITS: This flour is specially treated with bleaching, oxidation and maturing agents for optimum performance in short or no time dough fermentation systems. The very fast dough development time coupled with the special oxidation allow bakers to significantly reduce the production time of various bread types.
