We are distributors and wholesalers of baking ingredients, providing a very competitive structure and maintaining excellent customer relations. Our current line consists of baking ingredients such as cake, muffin and donut mixes, flour, sugar, spices, Imported Chocolate goods, canned products, toppings for ice cream and sundaes, fruits and nuts, shortening and margarines, yeast, glazes, canned fruit products, extracts and emulsions, starches, baking powder, etc. We also supply a full line of paper products.

We supply these items to large industrial accounts making Cakes, Donuts, Pastries and Jamaican Patties. We also supply to ice-cream parlors and trucks, and small retail bakeries.
