To report a damaged item, please send an email to with the order number and receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with an item you purchased, Papagino Foods will accept returns or exchanges of certain items only, within 7 days of the shipping date or in store purchase date. This will be under our discretion. Food products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The method of refund will be the same form of payment used by the customer. Items must be in their original packaging, for a full refund or exchange. Receipt and order number is required.  

Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning their order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 7 business days.
