Due to the global pandemic: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS.

We will offer a full refund in the event that your order arrives damaged.

To report a damaged item, please send an email to orderdesk@papaginofoods.com with the order number and receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchased, Papagino Foods will accept returns or exchanges, within 10 days of the shipping date or in store purchase date.The method of refund will be the same form of payment used by the customer. Items must be in their original packaging, for a full refund or exchange. Receipt and order number is required.  

Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning their order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, the cost of shipping will be detected from your refund. Your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 7 business days.
