Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs and Shipping Times:
Fulfilment Time: 1 - 3 Business Days, some exceptions apply during peak Holiday Seasons.
Delivery Time: 2 - 10 Business Days, some exceptions apply during peak Holiday Seasons.
Most orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking numbers.
All shipping cost are calculated by size and weight of your order, at the time of shipping. Some items are subject to a surcharge if deemed too heavy or too long.
Shipping to a PO Box and to remote areas are subject to shipping surcharges.Â

Adding more items to your order:
In the event that you forgot to add an item to your order, please email orderdesk@papaginofoods.com within the first 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate any additional items to your order.
Shipping to P.O Boxes:
Due to the nature of the items we stock, we do not ship to P.O Boxes at this time.
Processing Times:
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours from the time of payment on weekdays. Orders that were placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their address and contact information is correct at the time of order. Incorrect information may lead to shipping delays and potential surcharges. If you would like to change the address, please email us at orderdesk@papaginofoods.com within the first 24 hours. There may be a delay in processing your order.
Orders that are not picked up or refused:
Orders that were not picked up or were refused, the customer will be charged the shipping costs, plus a restocking fee of 15%. Orders must be picked up within the time frame. At the time of ordering, it is the customer’s responsibility to give their correct address and information.
For orders over $400
We reserve the right in our discretion to refuse service to anyone and to cancel online orders for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to ask for a government-issued identification for orders over $400 to ensure there is no fraudulent activity.Â
Shipping items with chocolate:
Papagino Foods does ship chocolate items all year round. However, we do not recommend shipping chocolates during the summer months (June, July, August, September). We cannot guarantee chocolate products will not melt during delivery. We also recommend choosing the fastest shipping option, to ensure chocolates arrive intact, but again, we cannot guarantee.
It is up to the customer to purchase chocolate products at their own discretion.
In the event that your chocolate items arrive melted, in many cases they can still be used.
