Pure Pistachio Paste is a 100% pure, natural and unsweetened paste made from lightly roasted and finely ground pistachios. It has a fresh green colour and a fruity taste with toasted hints. Pure Pistachio Paste is a great base for flavouring ganaches, homemade pralines, bonbon fillings, patisserie crèmes, ice creams and sauces.
Mix with chocolate or into ganaches to create bonbon fillings. Or mix into ice creams, mousse bases and pastry crème bases.
