This unique cutter enables you to both cut the disc for the top of your cupcake and also the decoration to finish it!

- Roll fondant or gumpaste in about 2mm thick
- To cut, press firmly and gently slide the cutter back and forth. Remove excess.
- Secure to cake with a piping gel
