Processing Times:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their address and contact information is correct at the time of order. Incorrect information may lead to shipping delays and potential surcharges. If you would like to change the address, please email us at within the first 24 hours. There may be a delay in processing your order.

Orders that are not picked up or refused:
Orders that were not picked up or were refused, the customer will be charged the shipping costs, plus a restocking fee of 15%. Orders must be picked up within the time frame. At the time of ordering, it is the customer’s responsibility to give their correct address and information.

Shipping items with chocolate:
Papagino Foods does ship chocolate items all year round. However, we do not recommend shipping chocolates during the summer months (June, July, August, September). We cannot guarantee chocolate products will not melt during delivery. We also recommend choosing the fastest shipping option, to ensure chocolates arrive intact, but again, we cannot guarantee.

It is up to the customer to purchase chocolate products at their own discretion.

In the event that your chocolate items arrive melted, in many cases they can still be used.
