Pan Grease is a release agent for cake pans. Eliminates the need to grease & flour pans. Spreads thinner than shortening. Stable regardless of weather conditions. Releases from pan more easily, thus eliminating breakage problems
Add a thin film to pan to prevent sticking. Not recommended for Angel Food Cake.
Soybean Oil, Corn Starch, Palm Oil, Soy Lecithin, Mono- & Diglycerides. Less than 0.02% TBHQ, Citric Acid added as anti-oxidant.
