Puratos cake mixes enable you to make an endless variety of cake products quickly, easily and cost-effectively.
Tegral Egg-cept is a delicious mix for the preparation of cakes and muffins without eggs. Used for the production of cakes where eggs cannot be used.

Method :
Add Ingredients to the mixer, and mix for 1 minute slow and 6 minutes medium, scrape and mix for 1 minute slow. Add fruit (optional) and mix for seconds slow speed. Bake at 175°C / 350F.
