It’s made predominantly of sugar, corn syrup and our special blend of natural gums that are heated and cooled to produce a dough-like consistency. Satin Ice fondant is vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, trans-fat-free and Kosher. Many people are making their own fondant recipes but using ready to roll Satin Ice fondant saves you prep time and allows you to get right to decorating without sacrificing taste or quality!
We are happy to say our Fondant and Gum Paste are Allergen-Free, Gluten, Dairy, Soy, and Nut Free. Please note our Gum Paste contains Egg Whites. Satin Ice Fondant is 100% vegan. The glycerin used is plant-derived and our sugar is not filtered through bone char. Our Satin Ice Gum Paste, however, contains egg whites. To create vegan gum paste simply add Tylose or CMC (cellulose gum or gum attractant) to any of our Satin Ice fondants.
