Hi-Humidity Candy
2 Cups Sugar
4 oz. warm water
1 Cup Hi-Sweet
1 Dram LorAnn Gourmet Flavoring
1/8 Teaspoon citric acid (enhances fruit flavors)
LorAnn liquid (non-sugar) food color.
Mix together sugar, warm water, & Hi-Sweet. Bring to a boil and cook to 300 Degrees. Remove from heat. After boiling ceases, stir in flavoring, coloring, and citric acid (if desired). Pour onto lightly greased molds or cookie sheet.
